Why should we eat dark chocolate?

We know that chocolate is one of the most popular foods in the world. But did you find anything better than chocolate? From mine, of course not. People of any age like to eat chocolate. It satisfies our mind and also having decent taste that makes us happy. Not only its fabulous flavor but also it is highly beneficial for physical health.
According to research, chocolate contains tryptophan that essential amino acid responsible for us feeling calm, relaxed and ready for a good night sleep.
Dark chocolate is unsweetened or semisweet or somewhat bitter chocolate that is mostly with cocoa solids. Cocoa solids adding bit of cocoa butter and sugar. It needs to contain at least 35% chocolate liquor. More than 60% cocoa solids and under 27% fat content.

Milk chocolate is the most commercially available type of chocolate. It contains more sugar and milk powder or condensed milk than dark chocolate.
White chocolate doesn't contain any cocoa solids. It has just cocoa butter, sugar and milk. This chocolate lacks more nutrient dense parts of chocolate.
In those chocolate, dark chocolate is healthy. Because it is rich in antioxidants.

Benefits

Some benefits of dark chocolate:

1. Reduce inflammation and protect our body from oxidative damage.

2. Decreased stroke risks.

3. Lower blood pressure.

4. Improve skin.

5. Preventing blood clots.

6. Increases brain activity.

7. Preventing cancer.

If you are sensitive to caffeine, you should avoid eating dark chocolate before sleep.

Negative effects of dark chocolate 

Chocolate contains large amounts of butter, sugar and cream which can break our diet.
1. Weight gain and heart disease.
2. Diabetes and cavities.
3. Effects of caffeine. 
Dark chocolate contains more caffeine than milk chocolate and both contain theobromine which is a substance closely related to caffeine. 
Dark chocolate is good for health but eating too much chocolate the result going to be wrong.
